LONGMONT, Colo. (PRWEB) May 30, 2018 -- RE/MAX Traditions Realtor® Tracy Graham and Brian Crowder, Mortgage Advisor with Commerce Home Mortgage recently delivered 146 boxes of Girl Scout cookies to 126 local Police Officers and Firefighters in Dacono, Firestone, and Frederick, Colorado, and rolled out a special real estate and mortgage savings program designed specifically for them.
“We loved supporting the Girl Scouts from Troop #60225 and Miss Annah Logan and her sister Zoey for the purchase of all the cookies,” said Graham. “Annah came to my office and helped me prepare some of the cookies for delivery over her spring break.”
The HERO real estate and mortgage savings program is designed to give back to local heroes who put their lives at risk to serve and protect us in our communities. “We wanted to turn around, help them and show our heartfelt appreciation,” added Graham.
A police officer or firefighter could save up to $5,000 when both selling and buying a home with Graham. “When a police officer or firefighter lists their home with me, I will reduce my commission by 15% (up to $2,500) upon a successful closing ,” noted Graham. “Similarly, when a first responder utilizes my services to successfully purchase a home, I will rebate 15% of my gross commission (up to $2,500) towards closing costs.”
Brian Crowder will waive $1,000 of lending fees when a borrower obtains home financing through Commerce Home Mortgage. The buyer or seller must mention the program upon the initial consultation with either Brian Crowder or Tracy Graham. Loan, purchase or sale price must exceed $200,000. Only one discount is available per transaction. .
The HERO discount program is for available for all of Colorado’s police officers and firefighters in Longmont and the surrounding areas that we service, not just Firestone, Frederick and Dacono.
