Palmetto Construction Services of Tampa, FL has been Awarded Three New Projects in the Sarasota-Bradenton Area
SARASOTA, Fla. (PRWEB) May 31, 2018 -- Palmetto Construction Services of Tampa, FL has been awarded three new projects in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. Florida Digestive Suncoast GI Associates is relocating to the 7th floor of Plaza del Rio, overlooking the Manatee River in Bradenton, FL. The move will require renovations to approximately 7,000 sf of space for the practice to set up their new GI operations. It will include new medical exam rooms, energy code upgrades, and enhanced finishes. The project was designed by AI Collaborative and the lease was brokered by Avison Young, both of Tampa. “We selected Palmetto because of their history of providing a tremendous value to our customers, while never missing a deadline,” stated Avison leasing agent, Mike Coppola.
Udell Associates, a Sarasota based financial planning and wealth management firm, selected Palmetto to construct their new headquarters on the top floor of the recently completed Sabal Palms office building in downtown Sarasota. The space was designed by Rios Architecture of Tampa, with Interior Design services being provided by FT Design of Sarasota, and includes a lobby water feature, a terrace overlooking the streets of downtown Sarasota, and high end finishes. Relocation Strategies of Tampa is providing Owner Representation services. Palmetto, Rios, and Relocation Strategies have a history of delivering successful projects together, which provided Udell Associates the added comfort in their decision. The project will be completed in July, 2018.
New College of Florida awarded Palmetto a three year contract to provide miscellaneous general construction and repair services to various campus buildings.
