Apstra Wins 2018 IoT & Cloud Innovation Award for Data Center Networking

(PRWEB) June 01, 2018 -- The winners of the NetEvents IoT, Cloud & Innovation Awards 2018 were announced on May 24, 2018 at the NetEvents Global Press and Analyst Summit in San Jose, California. At the NetEvents Global Press and Analyst Summit, Apstra Co-Founder David Cheriton gave the opening keynote presentation. He addressed how he approaches investments and building companies and the challenges of selecting the right technologies, opportunities and teams.
In addition, Apstra CEO and Co-Founder, Mansour Karam joined Sachin Gupta of Cisco, Tom Burns of Dell EMC Networking, and Kevin Deierling of Mellanox Technologies in a lively discussion lead by Brandon Butler of IDC. They discussed “Reinventing the Enterprise and Vendor Community” and new business and technology models driving open networking and disaggregation. Mr. Karam also joined Jeff Baher of Dell EMC Networking, Russ Currie of NETSCOUT, Michael Hallett and Brian Isaac of NetFoundry in a debate lead by Scott Raynovich of Futuriom. The debate focused on the ultimate driver of digital transformation.
