Most recently serving as Vice President of Alliances, North America for the Sage People division of Sage, Randi is a high energy, passionate individual who tenaciously pursues success. He has over 30 years of experience as a high tech software professional with direct sales, channel sales, and general management experience spanning North America, Europe, and Latin America. Randi has a proven ability to develop high performing teams, create strategies, and execute plans that exceed targeted objectives.
Randi’s vision will be to nurture a vital and enthusiastic environment for LightWork’s direct and indirect sales channels, working to enable our sales team and channel partners to provide exceptional sales and support to drive exponential revenue growth while retaining an increasingly growing base of satisfied customers. He will focus on expanding the LightWork channel by building relationships with integration partners and business partners in the HR and payroll space. He will also serve as an executive adviser on LightWork’s sales and marketing initiatives.
