El Cid Vacations Club and El Cid Resorts Announces Massive Renovation Project
ORLANDO, Fla. (PRWEB) June 04, 2018 -- El Cid Resorts; the award-winning, luxury resort group and El Cid Vacations Club have recently announced an extensive renovation project that spans across four properties in Mazatlán under the El Cid Resorts and El Cid Vacations Club umbrella.
Following a highly successful outing at Tianguis Turístico; Mexico’s most important tourism conference of the year, the leading resort group outlined all of the extensive improvements that its properties in Mazatlán have undergone recently, along with new projects that will develop in the near future.
Rooms
All four of El Cid’s Resorts’ properties in Mazatlán received massive upgrades to all of its rooms. 1.210 rooms and suites were enhanced in a modern and elegant aesthetic with new furniture, linens, and upgraded bathroom facilities.
Restaurants
La Alhambra and El Alcazar restaurants received new flooring, upgraded kitchen equipment, and new furniture. La Concha’s terrace located at El Cid El Moro Beach Hotel was completely remodeled as well.
Public Areas
All interior pool surfaces were re-tiled to enhance not only the beauty of the pool areas but to increase safety as well. All four properties also received new illuminating fixtures. In addition to upgrades to the pool areas, every elevator was renovated throughout all of El Cid Resorts’ Mazatlán properties.
Lobbies
The award-winning designers and architects, Ezequiel Farca and Cristina Grappin, both redesigned and renovated the lobby and lobby bars at El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel and El Cid Marina Beach Hotel. Farca and Grappin combined the perfect blend of timeless design with natural materials, elegant details, and comfortable functionality. El Cid Marina Beach Hotel also received a state-of-the-art aromatherapy air conditioner to delight the senses.
At El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel, custom-made light fixtures created by the renowned Mexican artist, Betsabeé Romero now hang from the ceiling. Romero has exhibited her artwork around the world including the British Museum, Zócalo of México City, Palacio de Bellas Artes, Havana Biennial, and the Louvre Museum.

Those who visit El Cid El Moro Beach Hotel and El Cid Marina Beach Hotel in Mazatlan will have the option of enjoying this luxurious and exclusive area. Completed at the end of 2017, El Cocay Amenity Spa & Gym is located at El Cid Marina Beach Hotel in Mazatlán. El Cocay Amenity Spa & Gym also unveiled a menu of different spa treatments that include Deep Tissue Massage, Thai, Ritual Hot Stones, and Reflexology.
