Tracy L. Gerber, Co-Managing Shareholder of global law firm Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Broker-Dealer Securities Litigation Practice was selected by the National Law Journal as a 2018 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Champion.
The third annual issue of ADR Champions is a special supplement of the National Law Journal to recognize law professionals who continue to make their mark in various aspects of alternative dispute resolution.

She has tried over 50 arbitrations to final award and has litigated numerous matters involving challenges to the enforceability of arbitration agreements during the course of her career. A go-to litigator in the financial services sector, Gerber has substantial cross-over experience in the regulatory and sales practice arena, having handled numerous SEC, FINRA and state regulatory inquiries, investigations and enforcement proceedings, as well as customer arbitrations. Gerber regularly assists clients in identifying the collateral risks that are often inherent in employment disputes and customer cases involving unique employment related issues. She routinely works with clients on defending parallel employment, regulatory and customer matters to ensure that strategies in each are coordinated, thoughtful and complimentary.
