Betty Skinner, founder and CEO of the Betty Skinner Insurance Agency, is leading a regional charity drive to help raise funds in support of the “Lake Days” summer event for children who are part of the Kitsap County foster care system. Monies raised will be forwarded to the Community and Family Services Foundation to help pay for the event.

“Building our community, one step at a time, is a pledge we take seriously. A great place to start is by ensuring that every child has a fun, healthy, and active summer,” said Skinner.

The Skinner team is involving local residents in the charity drive through a referral plan to improve donation gathering. For each person who refers in a friend or loved one to receive a complimentary insurance appraisal from Betty Skinner Insurance, the team will make a donation in that person’s name to the CFSF.
