Eastern Computer Exchange, Inc. (ECEI) to Host VMware NSX Multi-Site and Cloud Networking Workshop

(ECEI) and VMware have announced plans to host an interactive VMware NSX security workshop on Wednesday, June 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Dell EMC, 2 Penn Plaza, 18th Floor, New York, NY. The event will demonstrate how VMware NSX multi-site networking can help to securely extend an organization’s network across multiple sites and into the public cloud.
Designed for IT practitioners and networking and security managers, the session will include a deep dive into Cross-vCenter NSX, an overview of micro-segmentation, and hands-on, proctored NSX labs that walk participants through the NSX architecture. Attendees will also perform their own Virtual Network Assessments (VNA) and uncover insights into flows from their virtual network endpoints. The resulting information can be used to design security policies and debug issues.
