Motive Interactive Named Best Place to Work by San Diego Business Journal for Third Consecutive Year
SAN DIEGO (PRWEB) June 05, 2018 -- Motive Interactive, a leader of performance mobile marketing and user acquisition at scale for the world’s top apps, announced today that San Diego Business Journal has named it one of San Diego’s best places to work for a third consecutive year. This award recognizes Motive’s contributions to the county’s economy, workforce and businesses.
The program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in San Diego. The list is made up of 100 companies and Motive Interactive is one of the small-sized companies (15-49 US employees) included. Among the requirements for participation in the awards program, companies must have a facility in San Diego and have been in business for at least one year. Motive is headquartered in San Diego and was founded in 2003.

Companies from across the county entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in San Diego. The first part of the survey evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey measuring the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
The 2018 Best Places to Work in San Diego awards ceremony will take place on September 20 at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter and will honor top employers in the San Diego business community who participated in the detailed survey process. A special issue of the San Diego Business Journal that profiles the companies selected as the Best Places to Work in San Diego will be published on October 1.
