Regional Property Managers - Positively impact our guest’s vacation experience by managing daily operations within our vacation properties, interacting with guests, and offering solutions. Positions are located in Myrtle Beach, SC; Naples, FL; Hilton Head, SC; Ocean City, MD; and more…
Customer Experience Manager - Directly managing the Customer Experience department, monitoring customer service levels, and leading change within the organization that will result in an improved customer experience.
Customer Experience Professionals - Ensure guest satisfaction and comfort by providing courteous, efficient, and personalized service to all clients. This position is responsible for all aspects of the reservation process by answering telephones, handling reservations, accepting payments, and acting as a resource center for all internal guest requests.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Reports to COO. Requires understanding of consolidated financial statement preparation, including cash flow statements, CPA license (a plus), Tax experience with C-Corps, S-Corps, LLC's, and Partnerships.
Executive Assistant - Support executive level management and facilitate the overall daily operations of the company. Coordinate property closings with realtors and title companies and set up utilities for new units.
In-House Counsel - Responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts and agreements. Execution of day-to-day legal affairs of the organization and will be required to make decisions that affect functions company-wide.
