TalentRISE Adds Business Technology and Analytics Expert
CHICAGO (PRWEB) June 05, 2018 -- Executive search, consulting and outsourced recruitment solutions firm TalentRISE today announced that John Meyer has joined as Senior Director of Technology Operations.
“John possesses a unique blend of technical, business process and analytical skills and know-how,” said Rick Gray, TalentRISE chief executive officer. “He will help us more effectively manage, measure and scale our operational infrastructure and client service delivery while identifying how we best manage the technologies disrupting our industry for both our and our clients’ competitive advantage.”
In his role with TalentRISE, Meyer manages the company’s IT infrastructure and related business process support systems; the evaluation, implementation and integration of various technologies supporting the firm’s recruitment service offerings; and the development of internal and client reporting tools to effectively measure and manage business performance.
Meyer brings more than 20 years of results-driven IT strategy and management experience creating and leading technology-based consulting and business initiatives grounded in reducing risk and driving enterprise value. For the past two years he has served as consulted with TalentRISE. From 2013-16, Meyer served as a business and technology consultant to the League of Chicago Theatres and Datatopia, LLC. Prior to that, he was the senior director of business systems for Acquity Group, where he successfully led an ERP implementation addressing the company’s core financial, accounting and business intelligence systems, and the rollout of Microsoft’s cloud-based Office 365 environment to replace existing intranet, instant messaging and email platforms.
Earlier, from 2004-2011, he launched and served as CEO of Elexos Corporation, an early mover in the commercial and residential control automation and IOT fields, and prior to that, was chief information officer of Lante Corporation, a leading-edge technology consulting firm and dot.com era high flier. Meyer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Studies and English Literature from Northwestern University.
