Two new Colorado communities - Cycle in Fort Collins & Pinyon Pointe in Loveland - are now leasing. Additional Front Range projects planned for 2019.

Located in Loveland, Colorado, Pinyon Pointe offers 166 apartment homes with granite countertops & private balconies. Amenities include a resort-style pool and a Bark Park for dogs.

CYCLE – Fort Collins
Cycle offers 405 apartment homes located adjacent to The Foothills Mall and near the MAX line in Fort Collins. Cycle features a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom layouts with high-end finishes and unique amenities including a golf simulator, a 24-hour fitness facility, clubhouse, gaming, conference spaces, co-working spaces, EV charging stations, bike and ski repair and a dog spa and Bark Park. Cycle is currently available for immediate occupancy.

RiDE AT RINO - Denver
Located at the corner of 36th and Wynkoop in Denver’s booming RiNo art district, RiDE at RiNo features 84 micro-apartment homes with quality interior finishes. Currently under construction, the community amenities include EV charging stations, ample personal and bike storage, a rooftop deck, complimentary laundry lounge, a conference room and a top floor clubhouse. Leasing begins Summer 2018.

Loveland’s new Pinyon Pointe offers 166 apartment homes with granite countertops and private balconies, all with easy access to downtown shopping, dining, entertainment and tons of onsite outdoor activities. Residents can enjoy a beautiful clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness center, a resort-style pool and spa, a Bocce Ball court, BBQ grills, community garden plots and outdoor entertainment spaces, along with a tot lot playground and a Bark Park for dogs. Pinyon Pointe is currently available for immediate occupancy.

SOVA - Denver
Sova brings 211 luxury apartment homes to Denver’s Uptown neighborhood at the corner of 19th Avenue and Grant Street. Currently under construction, the majority of Sova’s contemporary apartment homes are studios and one-bedrooms, with a sprinkling of two-bedrooms and a row of street-level flat-style units. Class A amenities planned for the 12-story building will include a rooftop deck and hot tub, a golf simulator, bike and ski repair shop, dog wash, EV car charging stations and a fourth-floor courtyard and fitness center. Pre-leasing begins Fall 2018.

McWHINNEY has several additional Colorado multifamily projects still in the planning phase, including developments in Broomfield, Longmont, Fort Collins, Centerra East in Loveland and in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood.
