Continuing its growth as a global leader in the DMC and experiential event planning space, ACCESS Destination Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Gregg Herning to Chief Sales Officer effective immediately.
Gregg was most recently Vice President of Sales for MGM Resorts International, serving at two of the brand’s most iconic hotels, the MGM Grand Hotel and most recently Bellagio Resort and Casino on the famous Las Vegas strip. Prior to MGM Resorts, Gregg spent thirteen years with The Peabody Hotel Group holding senior leadership positions in operations, sales and marketing, and finally serving as the brand vice president.
Gregg is regarded as a leading strategist and innovative thinker. He takes great pride in providing comprehensive skills training to his staff and to the hospitality industry as an active thought leader and guest lecturer.

In his role as Chief Sales Officer, Gregg will lead and direct the ACCESS National Sales effort, complementing the existing, local teams that support each ACCESS location across North America.
