Held annually, the competition is open to companies from all industry sectors across India, including manufacturing and services. Kaizen is a Japanese term often translated as ongoing, continuous improvement, and Kaizen circles are used globally by companies as efficient methods for improving processes, products and services.
The CII National Kaizen Circle Competition 2018 offered a platform for companies to showcase their best Kaizen projects, earn national recognition for superior efforts as compared to other benchmark companies, and learn by networking with highly respected organizations.
SenecaGlobal teams competed with 40 other small and medium companies submitting four nominations and earning top awards for three of them including:
Gold medals for:
- Improving business communications in the Proactive category. Team lead: Anupama Panduru
- Reducing deployment time and minimizing human error in the Reactive category. Team leaders: Subba Kuracha and Ramakrishna Vaddi
Silver medal for:
- Artificial intelligence password reset call support in the Innovative category. Team lead Sasidhara Datla
