Attendees at March for the Ocean Event Show Support Through Branded Snapchat Lens, Facebook Frame and Messaging Stickers

Bare Tree Media is working with March for the Ocean to drive awareness and digital engagement to the global crisis facing our oceans today. On June 9, 2018, thousands of people will March for the Ocean (M4O) in Washington DC and events including clean-ups, marches and rallies around the country and the world to ensure a healthy ocean and clean water for future generations.

More than 170 ocean and water advocacy partners are mobilizing a broad and diverse constituency to #MarchForTheOcean to demand ocean solutions for the problems that threaten our planet. Supporters include environmentalists, scientists, surfers, divers, celebrities, fishermen, social justice advocates, small businesses, major aquariums, deep-sea explorers, students, parents, teachers and citizen activists. Everyone who enjoys and values our oceans will show their support.

Bare Tree Media has created a variety of digital engagement offers available to supporters before and during the event. An augmented reality Snapchat Lens will expose supporters to ocean debris that plagues our oceans, along with whales and other marine life joining in the event. A Facebook Profile Frame can be selected to show their support and amplify the #WearBlue for the Ocean theme. Mobile messaging stickers available on iMessage and emojiTap will allow supporters to add messaging stickers to their text messages and photos sent to friends and family promoting their support of the event and March for the Ocean.
