In fact, as of April, nearly 100 of California Casualty’s staff members were celebrating 20 years or longer, some with tenure reaching more than 40 years.

Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Sales, Mike McCormick, who just celebrated his 20th year, agrees that the Code helps the company stay true to its virtues and its employees. “This document reminds each and every one of us the importance of the company’s values, traditions and ethics.
