Business Value & Customer Satisfaction
In the peer group “Flexible Planning Platforms,” Prophix was named best-in-class in the “Business Value” and “Customer Satisfaction” categories for many KPIs including “Price-to-value,” “Recommendation,” “Vendor Support,” “Implementer Support” and “Product Satisfaction.” Many respondents also praised Prophix’s attractive price-performance ratio.

Many Prophix users cited “Good Coverage of Reporting/Analysis Functionality” and “Flexibility of the Software” as the prominent reason why they chose the solution. Prophix’s ability to address a variety of use cases with capabilities for top-down and bottom-up planning was identified as one of its strongest features.
Overall, positive user feedback & high KPI scores contributed to Prophix’s first-in-class recommendation rate of 88 percent, which was excellent for both peer groups.
“The Planning Survey 18 results prove that Prophix creates real business value for customers,” said Alok Ajmera, President & COO of Prophix. “It’s a great honor to be listed in BARC’s The Planning Survey 18 as a best-in-class vendor.”
