Ytel Ranked 2018 Best Leadership and CEO for Diversity

The diversity score provides insight into how diverse employees feel and rate their work experience at Ytel across various cultural dimensions.
Based on 97 ratings, Ytel employees gave their leadership team an A+, which puts them in the top five percent of similar sized companies (51-200 employees) in the United States. “I sum up my leadership philosophy as: be a good human,” said Nick Newsom, CEO of Ytel. “Leading by example is one of the DNA pieces in our culture.” The leadership score of 92/100 combines employee feedback on their CEO (92/100), manager (90/100), and executive team (94/100).
