APPLETON, Wis. (PRWEB) June 14, 2018 -- Herrling Clark Law Firm, Ltd., is proud to announce that senior partner Michael S. Siddall has earned recertification by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been certified both as a Civil Trial Advocacy Specialist and a Civil Pre-trial Advocacy Specialist by the NBTA since 1982.
NBTA certification is an independent review process that signifies to potential clients that the certified attorney meets a high standard of practice. The NBTA approves lawyers for certification based on experience, judicial and peer references, an exam, and a background check on any disciplinary matters related to the attorney.
NBTA certification lasts for five years and requires the certified attorney to annually submit a disclosure of any misconduct. In order to be recertified, Siddall needed to pass a peer review, take continuing education courses and maintain a substantial involvement in his civil trial practice.
