This webinar will provide attendees with an overview of changes from LEED v2009 to the LEED v4: Interior Design and Construction rating system. The presentation will go through each of the categories of concern and map the LEED v2009 credits to the LEED v4 credits where applicable. While doing so, we will discuss the thinking behind the changes and how these will influence market transformation and building performance.
The goal is to give attendees a better understanding of the new system and have confidence in their ability to use it.
About the Presenter: Alicia directs RWDI/Green Building Service's operations for sustainability consultants, including project management and delivery. A sustainability advisor with nearly a decade of experience, Alicia specializes in commercial interior and existing building programs for portfolio and volume projects, as well as one-off certifications for long-term sustainability strategies. Her approach to project management—from design to construction, through building operations—has resulted in over 100 LEED certifications across several rating systems. Alicia's background in green building, interior design, and teaching industry professionals provides a unique perspective and informed strategy for guiding clients in meeting their individual sustainability goals. She also develops and delivers content for RWDI | GBS' educational platforms. Alicia has been an invited speaker and educator at numerous local and national events and conferences, including NeoCon, Greenbuild, and ASID Legislative Symposium.
