The distinction requires passing FINRA’s Series 65 exam. In addition to providing investment advice, investment advisers typically manage investment portfolios and offer financial planning services.

Catanese received his Bachelor's and Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Previously, Catanese worked for Waddell and Reed where he assessed clients’ financial needs and worked closely with senior financial advisors to develop financial plans and investment strategies. He joined Manchester Financial in 2015.
