Recognition Professionals International (RPI) has announced that Jeff Ross, CEO of C.A. Short Company, is their 2018 Spotlight Award-winner.

Jeff is a motivator, recognizer, and leader who believes and supports recognition efforts in his daily work and personal life. For these and many other reasons – we award Jeff Ross the RPI Spotlight Award for 2018.

To be considered for a Spotlight Award, recipients must have a proven track record in the world of employee recognition, continuously add value to the association, and illustrate exemplary dedication towards Recognition Professionals International.
