West Monroe Partners Hires Adam Gersting to Drive Growth in the Texas Region
DALLAS (PRWEB) June 20, 2018 -- West Monroe Partners, a national business and technology consultancy, today announced that Adam Gersting has joined the firm as a Senior Director to accelerate growth and focused client service in the Texas region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas). Adam Gersting is the technology lead for the region and will join the West Monroe Dallas Leadership team with fellow leaders in the Mergers & Acquisition, Customer Experience, and Operations Excellence practices.
Gersting, based in Dallas, has been partnering with clients for 24 years to develop and implement solutions for customer engagement, sales, and process and operations improvement driven by data, analytics, IoT and broader technology platforms and solutions. Gersting works with clients to increase performance through the management, monetization and application of data leveraging today’s leading analytic capabilities. He also partners with clients to address security needs, software engineering solutions and ongoing performance management services. Over the course of his career, he has worked with Fortune 500 enterprises and middle market clients in utilities, oil & gas, chemicals, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and food services industries.

Previously, Gersting was a partner with Accenture leading Information Management & Analytics for the resources industries and a partner with IBM Global Business Services leading business analytics & optimization in the utilities and telecommunications industries. Most recently, he was a managing director with Slalom Consulting leading growth and service delivery in Houston. Gersting holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman and completed executive education in economics at the Saïd School of University of Oxford and in business at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
