TrackVia Boosts Productivity with Game-Changing Features for the Enterprise
DENVER (PRWEB) June 21, 2018 -- TrackVia, the leading workflow platform for operations, announces its 2018 Summer Release with features that help customers drive productivity gains in the areas of streamlining work, automating processes, and sailing through IT security approvals.
“With TrackVia, we have over 260 field services technicians performing more than 10,000 work orders each week,” said Bob Travatello, VP of Information Technology for Primo Water Corporation. “Our field service technicians now follow simple workflow tasks to service our machines that result in more efficient service and real-time access to information for our managers. This allows Primo Water to provide clean, safe, and delicious drinking water to the country at a great price.”
TrackVia’s Summer Release contains a number of capabilities that help companies like Primo Water to streamline work, as well as adds new functionality that help companies build more robust applications in TrackVia. And with a continuous focus on security, TrackVia also released enhanced security improvements to ensure companies are keeping their data safe.
Streamline Work: With TrackVia Flows, administrators are able to quickly visualize and activate workflows to automate even the most complex of processes. Flows allow companies to build scalable workflows with robust business logic to automate data collection and eliminate unnecessary steps in the process. Coupled with the improvements to TrackVia’s integrations framework, the potential for productivity gains dramatically increase. TrackVia has added Tableau and Viewpoint to its extensive list of integrations, reducing or eliminating the need for manual imports and exports.
Keep Processes Moving: With TrackVia’s Sandbox Environments, administrators can build and test changes to their applications in a separate, safe environment while keeping users and processes moving in production. Additionally, TrackVia now supports additional offline capabilities for creating and editing records without an internet connection. When connectivity is restored, TrackVia automatically syncs the data back to the cloud.
Sail through IT Security Approvals: Adding to its support of secure, compliant deployments for HIPAA, GOV, and private environments, TrackVia now supports whitelisting of IPs, password policies, and session timeout options. Furthermore, the addition of Single Sign-On (SSO) support means users can sign in with corporate credentials, and IT can maintain centralized management of user access.
“TrackVia continues to offer the speed, customization, and security that are paramount to organizations today, yet at a fraction of the time and cost of other enterprise solutions,” said Walker Fenton, Senior Vice President of Product Management for TrackVia. “These latest features are designed to remove the interruptions caused by testing, policy compliance, manual imports and exports, and even logins. We eliminate the time wasted with these tasks, helping people fly through work.”
