Camilla Dominguez Has Been Perfecting The Art of The Event For 15 Years
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (PRWEB) June 26, 2018 -- Local entrepreneur Camilla Dominguez knows all of the secrets to creating a successful event. For the past 15 years her company, Corazón Events LLC, has helped businesses and individuals alike celebrate their milestones.
As a young woman, Camilla first was drawn to sunny California and held a variety of jobs in the entertainment industry ranging from production and event assistant to spokesmodel. This background, along with artistic studies and attention to detail, was the foundation for the creation of her production and event management company.
Camilla founded Corazón Events in June of 2003 in Los Angeles with a vision to connect ideas to people, and people to experiences. Lovingly named Corazón, Spanish for ‘heart’, the company tag line - from the heart - says it all.
Her broad background in media, accounting, design, and business management allowed Camilla to deliver sophisticated, customized services with polished execution.
She made the decision to move her company to New Mexico on the advice of a good friend who told her about the growth of the film & business community in the state. New Mexico’s expansion correlated with personal goals - so the move was made in 2006.
“It was important for me to raise my kids within the culture I grew up,” says Camilla. “I wanted to ensure they became bilingual, and it was easier for them to have that immersive experience here in New Mexico.”
The move was a success. The Corazón Events portfolio ranges from intimate estate dinners for a few couples to community productions that gather thousands. Starting with corporate event management services such as budget management and event registration, the company expanded its offerings over time to include full production, design and décor, and a variety of other services.
Camilla works with a dedicated team of individuals and has cultivated relationships with specialty vendors and venues not only in New Mexico but across the country. The Corazón Events team prides themselves on attention to every detail. Each event is handled with the utmost care, creativity & respect.
