ATLANTA (PRWEB) June 25, 2018 -- COSMEDIX, a professional skincare line, recently took to social media to survey men and women between the ages 18-55 on one of the most common skincare concerns—acne. The survey, which revealed that 50% of adults have been struggling with constant breakouts for over four years, launched COSMEDIX’s month-long campaign to educate customers and provide insight on effective acne-fighting skincare solutions. Of those individuals surveyed, 50% admitted to having tried more than five acne treatments, while an astonishing 19% have tried more than fifteen treatments to find the perfect acne-fighting product. This June, COSMEDIX is celebrating Acne Awareness Month by informing customers how to tame active blemishes and achieve a clearer-looking complexion without added irritation or harsh ingredients.

The survey, which captured the responses of 74 individuals across the U.S., revealed that 30% of adults with acne have used a sick or personal day to avoid going to work with a breakout.
