Green Initiatives in High School are discussed on "Business Matrix" with Laurence Fishburne
(PRWEB) June 26, 2018 -- In an upcoming episode of “Business Matrix,” host Laurence Fishburne will open a segment that delves into the growing practice of implementing Green Initiatives in high schools.
The green school movement is on the rise, with numerous schools across the country taking part in a variety of ways. Through the movement, educators teach students about environmental literacy with the aim of helping students from elementary to high school to cultivate a sense of environmental awareness.
A number of resources are available to guide educators in the initiative. They include lessons on such issues as indoor air quality in the classroom, pollution from school transportation, energy conservation, and recycling classroom waste. Activities to drive home those lessons often include harvesting rainwater, creating a worm compost bin, making and racing toy solar cars, and creating a junk-mail tree.
The "Business Matrix" program will feature environmental experts and educators who are developing and implementing these practices in an effort to make the world a cleaner place.
With noted actor Laurence Fishburne as host, the internationally known "Business Matrix” program is heralded for consistently producing quality content that educates viewers about topics relevant in today’s world.
