DENVER (PRWEB) June 28, 2018 -- Grand Hyatt Denver Executive Chef John Treusein announces the appointment of David Lillich as Chef de Cuisine of Courier . market | bar | kitchen.
Chef Lillich joined the Grand Hyatt Denver culinary team in 2013, assisting with the launch of its previous restaurant. He was promoted quickly to Junior Sous Chef, advancing to the position of Garde Manger of the 4-Diamond Grand Hyatt Denver where he had the opportunity to hone his skills in developing sauces and dressings to complement the variety of gourmet banquet offerings that the hotel’s seasonal banquet selections provide. Chef Lillich began his career at well-known establishments in northwestern Arkansas to include an award-winning gourmet restaurant.
In designing the menu for Courier comprised of original dishes, Chef Lillich said, “Our selections are inspired by beloved classic dishes from cuisines from around the world. Our culinary team works at recreating these classics with a modern twist using the finest local ingredients and the best seasonal produce we can find.”
Chef Lillich hails from Siloam Springs, Arkansas, now residing in Denver with his wife, Erin.
