Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to apps available in the Store and signifies that MDSL has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform™ security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of MDSL Integrations with ServiceNow.

One of a number of service providers MDSL integrates with across ITSM, procurement, ERP and accounting systems, the integration with ServiceNow ensures consistent records with MDSL’s TEM platform by automatically updating new and existing assets created in either system. The capabilities also extend to integrated mobility procurement and incident management, with bi-directional raising and updating of ServiceNow tickets to tie up procurement activities with any of the customer’s incumbent operations, such as registering devices on networks, activating policies, and physical network configuration.
