Corporate Class Inc. Announces Two New Appointments: Carol Stephenson and Malcolm Bernstein As Senior Consultants

Carol Stephenson brings with her over 19 years of board service as a corporate director. She has chaired many board committees and served 13 boards, both public and private.
Malcolm Bernstein has worked closely with numerous Boards as an executive and facilitator of strategic discussions.

Ms. Stephenson served as Dean of the Ivey Business School at Western University, Ontario, from 2003-2013. Prior to joining Ivey, she spent 30 years in the telecommunications industry, advancing through a series of management positions to join the executive ranks of Bell Canada in 1988.
A graduate of the University of Toronto, Ms. Stephenson completed the Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business Administration, University of California at Berkeley, as well as the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Mr. Bernstein is a consultant with expertise in organizational and leadership development, human resource management, executive search and strategy.
His career includes executive positions with the private and public sectors in: Human Resources, Information Technology, Sales and Marketing, and partnerships in Organizational Development and Executive Search.
Mr. Bernstein’s extensive board experience includes: Conducting board development workshops; facilitating strategic planning committees throughout the development of long-term corporate plans; conducting presidential searches for leading institutions and agencies.
He has served on the Board of the Strategic Leadership Forum and launched and chaired the Social Sector Council. Mr. Bernstein is founder of The Benjamin Project and has served on the Governance Committee of Toronto Humane Society.
Mr. Bernstein received his BA in Economics from McGill University and his MBA from the Ivey School of Business. He holds a Certified Management Consulting designation.
