To help further meet the day to day service needs of our rapidly expanding customer base, Peco InspX has named Carol Zielinski as its Customer Relationship Manager for its North America field service operations. In this capacity, Zielinski has 3 primary responsibilities:
1) Ensure that 100% of inbound service requests meet Peco InspX’s demanding service level expectations.
2) Ensure that customers can get service when they need it.
3) Drive an initiative to achieve a greater than 98% first-time-fix-rate.
Carol also owns the collection and analysis of all field service operational metrics. Peco uses these metrics to review and optimize all aspects of the operations of its field service team. “I look forward to leveraging my 10 years in this industry to show that customers’ expectations can be exceeded in the service area,” Carol Zielinski.
“We continue to make material investments in our field service organization to ensure that our customer get even better service as we grow. We have the largest group of dedicated, specialized X-Ray service technicians in North America and that group is available 24 X 7 X 365 to ensure that our customers are well taken care of. In addition, we continue to make significant engineering investments to improve the reliability of our machines to further OEE metrics in the field,” remarked Peco InspX CEO Rich Cisek.
