Snake River Sporting Club, a private residential and resort community designed for outdoor enthusiasts, today announced plans to launch Phase III of The Lodges. Following the success of the first two phases of The Lodges and $35 million in development sales in 2017, Phase III will feature the addition of free-standing homes and Lodge Condominiums. Currently, nine of 19 four-bedroom Fairway Lodges are sold or under contract, while five of the first six Caddis Court Lodges are sold or under contract. There are 25 homes under construction in The Lodges collection, with first delivery expected in August of this year.

“The expansion of The Lodges will significantly enhance both real estate and hospitality offerings within Jackson Hole,” says Jeff Heilbrun, Executive Vice President and Director of Sales at Snake River Sporting Club. “Considering the continued healthy demand for luxury real estate in the region, Snake River Sporting Club is a highly-desirable, highly-amenitized location for homebuyers looking for an authentic western destination with such sought-after inventory.”

Homes within The Lodges are being offered starting at $1.395 million and have introduced a modern mountain aesthetic to Snake River Sporting Club. Phase III will complete buildouts of The Lodges with unique resort zoning, and when not in use by homeowners, will be available to Jackson Hole visitors for overnight rental accommodations. As part of Phase III, up to 18 free-standing homes will be added starting at 2,300 square feet, each offering a three-bedroom, three-bathroom floor plan. Six of the 18 homes will feature a lower level with an additional three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A multi-use clubhouse-style building will house up to 14 Lodge Condominiums with three-bedroom, three-bathroom floor plans, as well as a restaurant and meeting facilities. A thoughtful layout of the design will maximize view corridors and open space. All residences within The Lodges will be centrally-located within the property and will provide easy access to all club amenities year-round.

Snake River Sporting Club is now taking non-binding reservation agreements and refundable deposits for Phase III homes and Lodge Condominiums. Based on reservation date and time, selections will be made from a priority list.

The newest addition to the development’s real estate portfolio, The Lodges will complement the current selection of The Residences consisting of 62 custom home sites, and The Ranch Estate parcels ranging from 7 to 35 acres. Currently available for overnight accommodations, the club features a two-bedroom Sporting Cabin and four one-bedroom “tiny homes” with its Discovery Village. Guests and members can enjoy the perfect balance of comfort and luxury with exclusive access to the club’s private amenities. Recreational pursuits available to members and guests include world-class fly-fishing, hiking on a newly-added network of trails leading directly into the Bridger-Teton National Forest, rafting and canoeing along six private-access miles of the Snake River, horseback trail riding and rodeos, clay shooting, 3D archery, paddle boarding, tennis, paddle tennis, pickle ball, a championship golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf, infinity pool, and more.
