zumBrunnen, Inc., an independent building consulting firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Justin Rider as a Senior Project Manager with the firm. Rider brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to the team.
Rider has a broad base of pre-construction and project management skills encompassing all facets of the design process. He is committed to helping clients successfully complete their projects and achieve their business objectives. He has an exemplary record of delivering profitable projects safely and on time. As a Senior Project Manager, Rider will work directly with clients across the country, providing them with objective and thorough construction monitoring services, detailed facility assessment reports and accurate forecasts of replacement reserves for planning and budgeting purposes.
Prior to joining the zumBrunnen team, Justin worked on a broad range of projects in healthcare, manufacturing and energy. Rider earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He holds certificates for NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety Training), OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training and OSHA Excavation and Trench Safety Training. He also has extensive knowledge of International Building Code (IBC), National Electric Code (NEC), ADA compliance and Solar PV design and installation.
