Florida’s “Attorney Big Al” Sponsors Papa Keith’s People Matter Fest
HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (PRWEB) July 10, 2018 -- The Florida “Attorney Big Al” was a proud sponsor of this year’s Annual People Matter Fest, a one-day event on June 16th that champions underserved communities and reduces gun violence. The festival, which took place at Gwen Cherry Park, was a free event put on for the Miami community based on the vision of Papa Keith and Rasheed Ali to make sure that all people know that they matter.
This year’s event had approximately five thousand attendees, and featured father and son three-on-three basketball games, flag football, art displays, live music, local vendors, and food trucks. All profits went back into the local community, with profits raised through sponsorships and rentals to local artisans and food trucks.
Your local “Attorney Big Al" in Florida commented, “The People Matter team do incredible work in the community, and this year’s People Fest was a wonderful cause we were thrilled to support. The successful cease fire they coordinated last year around gun-violence was a real model for the power of people in this community, and we applaud the organization for their hard work.”
The independent and local “Attorney Big Al” firms believe in the power of people coming together to fight for the rights and dignity of others. Each is looking forward to sponsoring many charity events in their local area for years to come.
If you’d like to get involved, reach out to PK4PM, the organization behind the People Matter Fest, to volunteer at other PK4PM pop-up events throughout the year. The next event is a Back to School Fest in August.
