On Tuesday, July 31st beginning at 4:00 p.m., the Women’s Business Council – Southwest (WBCS) will hold its Executive Insights event this year featuring keynote speaker Jeff Davis, executive vice president and chief financial officer at JCPenney. Davis will participate in a fireside chat with Pam Mortensen, senior vice president and general merchandise manager of jewelry at JCPenney to discuss key lessons learned navigating challenges, and elements to making a successful leader during times of change.
Davis was named executive vice president and chief financial officer at JCPenney in July 2017. He has over 30 years of finance experience across multiple industries and previously worked at Darden Restaurants and Walmart. At JCPenney, Davis chairs the internal supplier diversity committee and has helped the Company stay committed to spending money with women-owned businesses.
