RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber) Hires New Senior Vice President for Human Capital Management (HCM) Division
MANASSAS, Va. (PRWEB) July 11, 2018 -- RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber) announced that Eugene (Gene) Hubbard has been appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) of RiVidium’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Division. Mr. Hubbard was previously a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) and the Director, Administration and Management (A&M) for the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) an agency of the United States Department of Labor. He will report to Lawrence West, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RiVidium.
Mr. Hubbard, a career SES, also held positions with the National Science Foundation (NSF) where he served as the Chief Human Capital Officer, the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) while serving in Federal Service.
Prior to his tenure as a Federal Civilian, Mr. Hubbard was a U.S. Navy officer holding various shore and ship-based jobs culminating as the Executive Officer (XO), Engineering Field Activity, San Bruno California, attaining the rank of Commander. Mr. Hubbard will utilize his extensive Operational, Managerial, Leadership and Human Capital Management skills leading one of RiVidium’s fastest growing business units. His almost 40 years of professional experience will add depth and breadth to RiVidium’s senior management team as the company seeks to expand its human capital footprint deeper into the Defense and Civilian Agency sectors. RiVidium’s Human Capital Management focus is in the areas of Human Capital Operations, Workforce Planning and Analysis and Competency Development.

Mr. Hubbard holds a BS in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis Maryland, a Master of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Florida, Gainesville Florida and a Master of Public Administration from Troy State, Troy Alabama. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Virginia and Florida and a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM).
