DALLAS (PRWEB) July 18, 2018
Trinity Consultants, Inc.® (Trinity), an international environmental, health, and safety consulting firm, announces that it is joining with ADVENT Engineering Services, Inc. (ADVENT), a consultancy focused on process development, process engineering, automation engineering, CQV (commissioning, qualification and validation), and project management for life sciences companies.
Founded in 1988 by Ravi Baliga, Jeff Shulman, Neal Watts, and Albert Dyrness, ADVENT initially served the nuclear energy sector with mechanical and structural modeling expertise, gradually expanding into the life sciences sector where it provides support across the product commercialization lifecycle – from conceptual design through full scale production. ADVENT will operate as a Trinity Consultants company, led by Albert Dyrness.
Trinity’s Director of Business Development Paul Greywall commented on the transaction, “We are pleased to welcome ADVENT into the Trinity family of life sciences companies. Along with SafeBridge Consultants and Toxicology Regulatory Services (TRS), which provide specialized expertise in toxicology, industrial hygiene, analytical chemistry, and good lab practices, the addition of ADVENT allows us to expand our range of consulting services to include engineering and CQV services to our life sciences clients.”
ADVENT Co-Founder Ravi Baliga remarked, “The ADVENT team is enthusiastic about joining with Trinity and its other life sciences companies. The joining together of expertise from ADVENT, SafeBridge, and TRS creates a valuable suite of support services for our life science clients, and the ability to leverage Trinity’s corporate resources represents exciting growth opportunities for our business.”
Headquartered in San Ramon, CA, ADVENT has regional offices located across the U.S. and a global presence in Canada and Singapore. ADVENT will continue to operate out of its current office and client locations.
