SILVER SPRING, Md. Before that he owned a sign business, managed a multi-unit gasoline and automotive repair company, and worked in corporate research and strategic planning. Gragnano has bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and economics from Manhattan College and an MBA in economics from Adelphi University.
