Aladtec to Meet with 9-1-1 Telecommunicators at IPSTA
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (PRWEB) October 30, 2018 -- Hundreds of emergency dispatchers from across Illinois are expected to attend the 34th annual IPSTA conference and expo which opens Sunday, Nov. 4 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel here.

Timm spent more than a decade as a 9-1-1 operator for the Los Angeles Police Dept., where he pioneered a stress resilience program that contributed to a 45 percent decrease in sick-time usage. He now operates a training company -- "The Healthy Dispatcher."
