RSC Solutions Completes SOC 1 Type I, SOC 2 Type I Examinations and ISO 27001 Certification

RSC Solutions Outsourcing Solutions system is SOC 1 Type I and SOC 2 Type I compliant, in accordance with the attestation standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA.)
These top-tier examinations demonstrate that RSC Solutions has the necessary internal controls and processes in place to protect its Outsourcing Solutions system against cybersecurity threats.
ISO 27001 is a globally recognized benchmark for the establishment and certification of a secure Information Security Management System (ISMS.) The standard specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented ISMS within the context of the organization’s overall business risks.

SOC 1 Type I compliance demonstrates that a service organization has appropriate controls designed and in place as of the date the report is issued. It reports on a description of a service organization’s system and the suitability of the design of controls.
SOC 2 Type I audits are based on the existing SysTrust and WebTrust principles. The purpose of a SOC 2 report is to evaluate an organization’s information systems relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality or privacy.
