The expansion of NAPCO’s refinisher training course led to an increase in annual enrollment from 80 to 170 refinishers, more than double the number of successfully trained, certified refinishing professionals from the previous year. The course was expanded to a three-day program, with one full-day dedicated to kitchen cabinet and countertop refinishing.
“Educating refinishers with the proper techniques and safety protocols by providing intense, hands-on training, is a critical service that we provide to the growing refinishing market,” said Dani Nichols, President of NAPCO. “We are constantly looking for ways to help our refinishers increase their earning capacity.
