$400,000 in Barton College Scholarships to be awarded at 2021 Carolina Games Summit
Barton College joins Carolina Games Summit on August 6th - 8th to award over $400,000 in scholarships to more than 200 competitors across 33 different esports tournaments.
RALEIGH, N.C., July 26, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Barton College will participate in the Carolina Games Summit at the Raleigh Convention Center and Sheraton Raleigh Hotel scheduled for Friday, August 6, through Sunday, August 8. Barton College plans to award more than 200 scholarships totaling over $400,000.

Barton College competes in a variety of games in the National Association of Collegiate Esports, American Video Game League, Collegiate Starleague, and TESPA. The list includes League of Legends, Rocket League, CS: GO, Call of Duty, Rainbow Six, Apex Legends, Super Smash Bros, Paladins, Smite, Fortnite, Valorant, Overwatch, Hearthstone, Madden, FIFA, and NBA 2K.
