NACD Atlanta Names Barrett and Baerman to its Board of Directors
The Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), is pleased to announce today the election of Kelly Barrett and Cindy Baerman, to its NACD Atlanta Chapter Board of Directors.

Kelly Barrett currently serves on the Boards of Piedmont Office Realty Trust (NYSE: PDM) she serves as Chair of Audit Committee; The Aaron's Company, Inc. (NYSE: AAN) she serves as Chair of Audit Committee; Americold Realty Trust (NYSE: COLD); EVERTEC, Inc. (NYSE: EVTC); Georgia Tech Board of Trustees where she is chair of the Audit Committee; YMCA of Metro Atlanta where she was Chair of the Board from 2019-2020 (in 2017, she was recognized by the YMCA with their highest honor, the Bransby Christian Leadership Award). She has also served on the boards of The Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Partnership Against Domestic Violence, and The Atlanta Rotary Club. Kelly graduated from Georgia Tech in 1986 with the highest honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.

Cindy Baerman currently serves on the Boards of Epi Breads where she serves as Chair of the Compensation and Benefits Committee; FPL Foods; and as the CEO of Executive Advisory Services, Inc. In previous Board Service, Cindy served on the boards of Graphic Packaging International Limited; the Human Resources Leadership Forum where she also served as the Vice President of Programming; and the American Cancer Society of Northshore. Cindy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University and a master's degree in Management from Maryville College.
