Kids Manners Brand, Manners&Co., Launches at Goop for a Second Year

Manners&Co., responsible for creating an entirely new category in the kids' product space, has launched for a second year at the highly anticipated Goop holiday gift guide, after selling out twice last year.

The company first retailed in Goop’s holiday gift guide last year, where it’s best-selling product, TableTalk, sold out several times, due to increasing demand, clearly resonating with its North American audience.

Manners&Co., known for its interactive and modern products to teach kids of all ages, you guessed it, manners, has been quietly expanding into retail over the last two years. It is now positioned to be one of the fastest growing categories in the children’s retail market, and is available on goop.

The brand, Manners&Co. began in 2018, the brainchild of former elementary school Teacher, now Entrepreneur, Sunita Padda, as a way to make manners mainstream in households. “I wanted to remove the stuffy assumptions people make when they think about ‘etiquette’ classes and branded the company Manners&Co. in keeping with the more mainstream understanding of the word, while ensuring the products designed were interactive, bright and fun, yet highly educational,” shares Sunita.

What started as a small product line out of her basement, and something she had been thinking about for years, is now expanding in the North American market. The company first retailed in Goop’s holiday gift guide last year, where it’s best-selling product, TableTalk, sold out several times, due to increasing demand, clearly resonating with its North American audience. This year, the lifestyle and shopping platform will retail the company’s entire line of products. “We’ve always been a huge fan of Goop with the unique items and inspiring content they curate on their platform. To have Manners&Co. be a part of their offering again this year is something we’re really excited about,” Padda explains.

The company’s line of ‘mannered monsters’ adds a creative flair to the group of growing products, which Manners&Co. plans to expand on. “Our test market includes my three young children, notes Sunita, so I can really see firsthand how our characters bring the products to life. I look forward to introducing more elements of manners and kindness, and creating a sense of fun around the topic.”
