Chesapeake Realty Partners, owner/developer of residential communities in the Mid-Atlantic, has sold one of their most recent and luxurious developments, Avenue Grand Apartments, in Baltimore County, MD.

Chesapeake Realty Partners, owner/developer of residential communities in the Mid-Atlantic, has sold one of their most recent and luxurious developments, Avenue Grand Apartments adjacent to White Marsh Mall and The Avenue entertainment district in Baltimore County, Maryland. The community boasts 324 luxury apartment homes with five-floors of elevator service, a Resident’s Club, saltwater swimming pool, detached garages, Work From Home stations, tot lot, resident pavilion, and an FX Well fitness center. Avenue Grand is the first apartment community in Baltimore County to include refrigerated package lockers for residents’ groceries. The property was built to NGBS green-building standards. Recently, Avenue Grand was recognized by the industry with a remarkable string of MMHA awards – Gold Star for the community; Gold Star for the Manager of the Year and Assistant Property Manager of the Year; and Bronze Star for Leasing Consultant of the Year. Avenue Grand is Baltimore County’s finest and most talked about apartment community.

CRP began construction of Avenue Grand in May, 2019, working with the design team at JDavis Architects and Harkins Construction, as general contractor. The first of four 81-unit buildings delivered June, 2020 along with the 9,500 square foot Resident’s Club. Buildings delivered every 6 weeks thereafter.

With an undisclosed Buyer, the CRP team was able to leverage its more than three-quarters of a century of relationship-building to identify the appropriate group they could entrust handing the keys to. There were no brokers used for this transaction.
