Timothy L. Schmidt joins Wainwright with over 20 years of experience in the financial services and investment banking industries.

Timothy L. Schmidt has over 20 years of experience in the financial services and investment banking industries. Before joining Wainwright, he held investment advisory and leadership roles at TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab & Co. Additionally, Mr. Schmidt was a consultant at Capstone Partners and Villeo Capital, where he advised executives and entrepreneurs on complex business and financial situations.

Mr. Schmidt holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 licenses and earned his Bachelor of Liberal Arts (ALB) in social science and Master’s of Liberal Arts (ALM) in finance from the Harvard Extension School.
