“The Real Estate Almanac is to residential real estate industry what the Kelly Blue Book is to the automotive industry,” said T3 Sixty Chairman and CEO Stefan Swanepoel.
LADERA RANCH, Calif. (PRWEB) July 06, 2021
T3 Sixty, a real estate management consulting and analytics firm, has released the print edition of the 2021 Real Estate Almanac, which aggregates all the research, analysis and rankings of real estate leaders, MLSs, Realtor associations, technology providers, franchise brands, enterprises and brokerages, into one comprehensive compendium. Thousands of complimentary copies of the physical report are being shipped to the executives and companies included in the study.
The over 400-page compendium brings together the five sections previously released online during the first five months of the year at realestatealmanac.com: a ranking of real estate’s most powerful leaders in the SP 200, a list of the largest MLSs and Realtor associations in the ORE 200, an organization of the industry’s leading technology in the Tech 500, the largest public companies and franchise brands in the Enterprise report and the nation’s 1,000 largest brokerages in the Mega 1000.
In addition to the rankings and data, the report includes expanded analysis of each section, including infographics and charts to give readers extra insight into different ways to interpret and use the numbers.
For example, some of the report’s insights include:
- Consolidation continues among local Realtor associations and MLSs, with year-over-year totals dropping 1.7 percent and 1.6 percent, respectively, from 2019 to 2020.
- A continued explosion of tech products with 37 new tech products added this year.
- The nation’s 20 largest real estate companies grew their sales volume market share by 4.0 percent in 2020 from the previous year, now accounting for 54.9 percent of the total existing home sales volume in 2020.
- The U.S.’s 10 largest brokerages accounted for nearly a fifth of the nation’s sales volume market share in 2020, led by Realogy Brokerage Group, HomeServices of America and Compass, who each recorded over $100 billion in annual sales.
“The Real Estate Almanac is to residential real estate industry what the Kelly Blue Book is to the automotive industry,” said T3 Sixty Chairman and CEO Stefan Swanepoel. “It’s your one-stop objective resource guide to everything about our beloved industry.”
