Three attorneys elected to Partner; Three promoted to Counsel

Kovnot, Tintenfass, Upin, Latsko, and Shariff are based in the firm's Philadelphia office, while Reinhold resides in the Conshohocken office. The promotions were effective March 1, 2022.

Jordan Kovnot is Partner in our Corporate & Business Group. Focusing on internet, e-commerce, and software matters, he works with software and technology providers to develop and refine contracts, streamline sales processes, and monetize and protect data.
Jennifer Tintenfass is a Partner in our Real Estate Group. She represents lenders and developers in many aspects of real estate transactions, including real estate secured financings, term and construction loans, acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture development, leasing, and due diligence analysis. Jennifer also regularly counsels in the Cannabis space in sale-leaseback financing.
Joshua Upin is a Partner in our Litigation Group. He advises companies, businesses, and individuals on various matters, including commercial litigation and business law, corporate governance, business & commercial transactions, real estate finance, real estate disputes, condominium litigation, and zoning and land use.
Julie Latsko is Counsel in the Litigation Group who focuses her practice on intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. In addition to litigation, Julie regularly provides trademark clearance and counseling, and general guidance regarding intellectual property portfolio management across many industries.
Laura Reinhold is Counsel in the Corporate & Business and Real Estate Groups. She focuses her practice on joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, private investment and equity, and real estate. She serves clients in organizational and structuring matters, commercial agreements, equity and debt financing arrangements, exits, and investments in emerging companies.
Sonia Shariff is Counsel in the Trademarks & Brands Group. She focuses her practice on trademark clearance, prosecution, and litigation, including trademark trial and appeal board matters.
