Celebrated thought leader and founder of #causeascene movement debuts new content across multiple platforms
ATLANTA, Sept. 13, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Antiracist Economist, Kim Crayton, today announced updates on several key initiatives designed to provide an alternative to the systems, institutions and policies that oppress marginalized communities within business.
First among these is the debut today of Crayton's podcast, The Antiracist Economy with Kim Crayton. Joined by renowned experience strategist, Erin Mills, each episode will discuss the intersection of current events, pop culture and social change, ever exploring the critical dynamics of antiracism and psychological safety in today's rapidly evolving workplace.
Also this week, Crayton is a featured speaker at REFACTR.TECH, the annual conference dedicated to growing and showcasing powerful voices of marginalized people and allies in tech, here in Atlanta. Crayton's session will go behind the scenes, sharing the successful business development approach she utilizes that leverages welcoming and psychological safety for innovation and competitive advantage.
Later this month, Crayton will launch an online course entitled Managing Tech Training, available via her website. The course is designed to address real-world management difficulties and the complex realities of the 21st-century workplace – a workplace that values and promotes the recruitment and retention of a multicultural workforce as a competitive advantage strategy.
Notes Crayton: "Building a successful business has always been a key to establishing oneself and future generations. Unfortunately, gaining the knowledge and skills needed has largely been the sole domain of the already powerful and privileged. This course series is designed to promote the ability and the opportunity to create the business opportunities that enable the care of yourself and your loved ones while prioritizing a supremacy, coercion, discrimination, and exploitation-free future."
And, on National Author Day, November 1st, Crayton's inaugural book, Profit Without Oppression: Your Blueprint for Building an Antiracist Organization, debuts from publisher 13th and Joan. It is available for pre-order here.
