The Taste of Auberge Program Brings Dynamic Epicurean Experiences to The Heart of Texas
AUSTIN, Texas, Sep. 12, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection, a storied urban retreat in Austin, Texas has partnered with San Francisco's Michelin-starred group Saison Hospitality on innovative culinary activations over November 4-5, 2022. Locally curated seasonal Southern flavors will unite with upscale preparations of seasonal California dining for Taste of Auberge: Saison Hospitality at Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection. The guest series from Saison Hospitality's Chef Brian Limoges and Executive Sous Chef Adam Gale (Saison) and Commodore Perry Estate's Executive Chef Bradley Nicholson and Executive Pastry Chef Susana Querejazu will invite guests to celebrate collaboration in the kitchen with a private nine-course dinner at Lutie's as well as a fermenting workshop for all experience levels.
On November 4th, the collaboration will include an intimate nine-course dinner, where the Saison Hospitality team will compose four savory dishes and collaborate with Chef Nicholson and Chef Querejazu for the five remaining courses, which will include specialties of whole live scallop, dry-aged amberjack, and sea urchin. In addition, a fermenting workshop on November 5th will educate guests in techniques ranging from novice to advanced, including simple vinegar pickles to Nuka pickles, misos, and antelope charcuterie. Access to the evening dining experience is $325 USD per person, with an optional wine pairing of $175 USD; the fermenting workshop is $250 per person.
